Account & Data Deletion Policy
DocDash provides clinics, hospitals, and authorized users the right to request permanent account and data deletion in accordance with applicable laws and data protection regulations.
Permanent Deletion Notice
Deletion of an account is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, all associated data including patient records, appointments, prescriptions, and clinic information will be permanently removed from our active systems.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request permanent deletion of your DocDash account and associated data, please send a written request from your registered email address to:

Your request should include:
- Registered clinic or hospital name
- Registered email address
- Contact number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Processing Timeline
Upon receiving a valid request, we will verify ownership and process the deletion request within 7–15 business days, subject to legal or regulatory obligations.
Data Retention Exceptions
In certain cases, we may retain limited information if required by applicable laws, regulatory requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement of agreements.
After successful deletion, you will receive confirmation via email. Deleted data cannot be restored.
